Damn, now I’m starting my crime spree

As of today, Canadian prisoners can vote in federal elections. The Supreme Court struck down the law because the government had failed to show any overriding social objective that warranted taking away a Canadian’s right to vote. Politicians immediately complained that this cheapens the electoral process, but I thought the political parties did a decent job of that anyway. Maybe they’re worried that the law was the only thing keeping the Marijuana Party from finally gaining a majority…
