I came home for lunch today and AngelA had thrown together this chick pea toss from The Garden of Vegan. It was so good I kept thinking about it all afternoon and I actually stopped at the grocery store for some more chick peas so I could make more for dinner. AngelA’s out of town until tomorrow night, and I have a meal plan until she gets back. Yes, really. It’s super easy to make, but that’s not enough. I want this stuff on grocery store store shelves, premade, possibly in oversized toothpaste tubes.
